[News] Hangeng wins lawsuit over SM Entertainment
On December 21st, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Super Junior’s Hankyung, in the lawsuit he filed against his agency, SM Entertainment.
The Department of Justice stated, “All three contracts – from the January 2003 contract, the altered contract from February 2007, and the affiliated contract from December 2007 – do not exist.”
Hankyung had filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment in December of 2009 claiming, “I cannot maintain an unjust contract.”
Meanwhile, an SM Entertainment representative spoke with MyDaily in the aftermath of the decision and stated, “We cannot accept the result. We will file an immediate appeal to reverse the decision.”

yeah..he win for sure~!happy~!as an elf and also geng’s fan,whatever situation that could make him happy will for sure give me strength to keep on 13elieving them~!the only problem is SME~! both sides really want to perform together but SME will not allow it~!enough la,SME..you should learn from your mistake and now dont blame others for your own mistake~!because of you,we,ELF,suju and geng has to suffer..owh..of course for DBSK’S fan also~!

Yeah, I agree with you. I’m not understand why SM can’t accept the result.
Well, Super Junior and Hangeng will be on same stage at Hunan TV. We really miss their perform together 😦

well.i know about that,but i heard suuju performance is pre recorded..u know sme..they will think for any method to stop them from communicating and see each other~!!it happens..they are so evil~!

i feel the same too but maybe this is just rumor..dunno..but i saw the trailer..well,i hope they will meet each other..i’m dying to see them together again~!i miss HANCHUL..i will love to see heenim reaction if he meet geng~!but,i think we have to wait and see..maybe it just a rumor..and maybe sme will arrange something after this verdict come out~!

Yeah, i can’t imagine how Heenim reaction when they meet again. It must be full of tears i think. xD Haha, by the way HanChul couple is our biased. I’m Heenim fans 🙂

hee..i think i will cry too..~!he..i am geng biased but i love HANCHUL..because heechul is soo nice to geng,he is 2nd in my rank of suju members~!!when heechul cried during ss in beijing,i cried too..coz i know he is the one that love geng the most..i am not saying others dont care about geng but heechul is obvious..~!that is the reason i like heechul ~!

yeah, i don’t know why. i want to cry when I saw Heechul’s tears. and when I saw Heechul’s tears on SS2 Beijing when perform Shinning Star, I’m crying aloud. Ah i like Hangeng because he has a sincere heart. I’m really miss Beijing Fried Rice 😦

i miss everything about hanchul..about geng and suju..about geng as the leader of suju m..their friendship inspires me a lot~!sometimes,i wish i could have friend like heechul..~!even i’m dying to see them together again..i wish geng can has a happy life~!!sometime,i feel worried if geng and heechul still best friend like before~!!hee..i dont know what i am doing now..thank for sharing this feeling with me~!!i am glad to know that besides me,there is also other person that support hanchul~!!
